What does it mean to be Resilient?

Do you know what it means to be Resilient?

A resilient person understands that they are the designer of their own joy and their own destiny.

What does it mean to be resilient?

Resilience is the ability to face the adversities of life, to transform chaos into a driving force to overcome and emerge stronger from difficult and painful moments. Mother Nature is a magnificent example of this Principle. Can you see how?

Resilient people do not perceive that life is “hard,” on the contrary, they experience it with curiosity, and see difficult moments as opportunities to BELIEVE!

Being resilient is an attitude that originates in the subconscious programs that generate that pattern of behavior in which you look at life with eyes of “let’s see what this situation has to teach me”!

Being resilient is a way of relating to life, with the certainty that after the storm, calm always comes. It’s a way of BEING!

What are the characteristics of a resilient person?

Resilient people often surprise by having good humor and represent a beautiful example for those around them because they look at all the events of life with a smile on their lips and with eyes of “What can I learn from this experience?”

Likewise, resilient people share a series of traits that, in addition to making them more attractive and easier to get along with, make their lives easier in many ways:

  • Resilient people have a high level of self-knowledge and self-esteem, which helps them face situations with confidence and with the feeling of knowing that they will do their best.
  • They also have high levels of empathy, because by knowing themselves they can better understand the needs and emotions of other people.
  • They approach adversity optimistically, focusing on “What can I do to make this better?” rather than getting stuck in disempowered mode. This creates immense possibilities in their lives.
  • They are flexible and persevering, because they know very well that their life is 100% what they decide to make of it.
  • They keep their focus on the journey instead of the goal, trying new possibilities and adapting as needed
  • Resilient people contribute a lot to the lives of others, and strive to maintain solid, stable, and mutually beneficial relationships.

How can you be more resilient?

The proposal of the self-realization and spiritual process called PSYCH-K® is that in a few minutes, at 40 million process bits per second, you can integrate in the subconscious mind the programs that will allow you to automatically activate RESILIENCE, in the same way that it manifests itself in Mother Nature.

What would happen in your life if when faced with challenges, programs like these were automatically activated?

  • When I experience a setback, I recover quickly and easily.
