Biographical Information
I'm a mother to 3 grown up children and worked as a pharmacist for many years before retraining in Psych-K and also and as a coach. I think I was guided to do both after asking myself the question as a soon to be empty nester - ''There has to be more than this?'' It set me on a path of discovery and wonder and some ups and downs including some big hurdles. The subconscious mind often rules the roost but with new information and understanding, change is not only possible but inevitable.
