Hi! I am Coach Grethe.
I have studied the Law of Attraction for 20+ years. My passion is learning and sharing the best hacks, tips and tricks to help my clients create the lives they want with minimum effort.
This has led me to learn multiple energy healing modalities (PSYCH-K®, Subconscious Release Technique (SRT) Emotion Code and Body Code). My background in Biology (MSc in Toxicology and 10+ years in Environmental Management) keeps me grounded in science while I brings science and spirituality together, to help YOU create Extraordinary Results that Last.

My story
There I was, lying on the gravel unable to move. Hearing my neighbours enjoying their outdoor Sunday summer dinner. Yelling for help without being heard. I had pushed myself so hard, refusing to take a much-needed self-care break. Now I had fallen two stories down onto the gravel below and my back was broken – literally!
From the outside, everything looked perfect. I had finished my master’s degree in toxicology, I had a great job, I was married, and we had a nice home. But I wasn’t happy. I didn’t put myself first and neither did my husband. I needed more out of life.
I had studied the Law of Attraction for years and years, but I didn’t have the energy or willpower to do the “homework” that everyone told me would get me what I wanted. I was overworked, lonely and depressed. I thought, “Is this it?”
This all shifted when I discovered Bruce Lipton and PSYCH-K. Coming from a science background, I was always a bit of a skeptic, but the way Lipton brought science and spirituality together put my biologist mind at ease. He explained how our beliefs create reality on a cellular level. I immediately knew I had to learn PSYCH-K, and from the first day of class, big shifts started happening.
What makes PSYCH-K such an amazing manifestation tool is that the shifts happen in minutes instead of months. I had finally found something that didn’t require me to say affirmations in the mirror for weeks on end to see the transformation I desired.
