I am a High Performance Coach for female service-based entrepreneurs, implementing the powerful processes of PSYCH-K. I help my clients transform their thinking into beliefs that ACTUALLY stick so they can have clarity, consistency & flow. From a place of positive thinking, my clients are able to take action even when it feels scary, expanding their business while maintaining a nurturing work-life balance.
With over 10 years of experience supporting and coaching women from all over the world, I understand just how vital it is to nurture the whole-woman when it comes to being an entrepreneur, all while wearing all the other hats as a woman (wife, mother, friend, etc). I understand my clients have A TON to juggle, and in order to not lose control, they have to go further than just having a mirror full of sticky-note positive affirmations!
Today I work primarily with service-based entrepreneurs to help them transcend overwhelm and own their worth, so they can confidently maximize their strengths and feel focused, energized and impactful in their life and business...all by using a specialized blend of conscious mindset, subconscious re-wiring, nervous system healing and powerful action steps.
