Who I help
I specialise in helping women over 40 overcome stress and related health issues without medication.
Many of the women I work with have spent years suffering from low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and not feeling good enough. These are just misconceptions that were acquired somewhere in their past most likely from others e.g. parents, teachers, siblings, peers, media.
These beliefs affect how we respond to stressful events and situations and can increase the stress and anxiety we feel. Over time this can impact our mental and physical health more seriously.
Most of the women I work with have been on some form of self development journey through various therapies, self help gurus and techniques. What I often hear is that they understand why they are the way they are and have certain beliefs/behaviours but they just want to find a way to change them and move on with their life.

I will work with you to get to the root cause of your stress, help you release it and empower you to rebuild your health and life. Our beliefs and emotions are the most important aspects of our lives because they affect every thought and action. They control and influence the way we behave towards our friends, family and in the work place.

How I work
Uniquely I combine a series of techniques that help understand the cause(s) of your stress. I then create a personalised plan that involve 1-2-1 sessions, advice and follow-ups.
I use PSYCH-K and hypnotherapy and I also draw upon my knowledge and experience of stress and health from my work as a Nutritional Therapist.
