Hello I’m Darshika, I help busy women to live their best life without stress and anxiety running it.
Most of us have been affected by stress, anxiety or another mental health problem at some point in life either through our own struggles or that of someone around us which is why I am so passionate helping in this area.
The majority of women I work with also have a lack of confidence and self worth. These are just based on past experiences and especially from others e.g. parents, teachers, siblings, peers, media. These beliefs affect how we respond to stressful events or situations and can increase the stress and anxiety we feel. Over time this can impact our mental and physical health more seriously.
Most of the women I work with have started a self development journey. What I often hear is that they understand why they are the way they are and have certain beliefs/behaviours but they just want to find a way to change them and move on with their life.
