Biographical Information
Ten years ago I was drawn to read Bruce Lipton’s book, The Biology of Belief. It sounded interesting and fascinated me. As a cardiac nurse specializing in holistic nursing, Dr. Lipton’s book spoke to what I noticed first hand working with patients in the hospital. How they thought about their illness or themselves had a tremendous impact on their hospital journey and recovery. I wanted to learn how to help my patients transform the beliefs that were negatively affecting their health.
In the back of the Dr. Lipton’s book was an Addendum that spoke of PSYCH-K and founder Rob Williams who had created a modality with many processes that could help transform beliefs. I signed up immediately for the Basic, then Advanced and later, Pro PSYCH-K classes. PSYCH-K was a natural addition to my holistic nursing and energy medicine practice. I witnessed incredible changes immediately with myself, patients and colleagues.
In my private practice, Healing to the Power of You, I have seen clients transform their relationship with family, friends, colleagues, finances and health with ease, forever changing the sabotaging patterns they had been experiencing in their life.
My clients often express that after a session they feel like their lives are elevated to a new level that gives them a greater sense of peace and the openness to explore new possibilities than they ever thought possible.
I use a combination of PSYCH-K, Eden Energy Medicine, Touch for Health, Reiki and a strong intuition to help my clients reach their desired goals.

Panic Attacks
