Biographical Information
What would you like to change in your life? For me, it was chronic illness, insomnia and fatigue. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired! I ate right, took vitamins, and exercised regularly. Then I read Dr. Bruce Lipton’s book, The Biology of Belief. This book explained how our thoughts and emotions effect our biology and health. This book led me to discover Psych-K®... BEST DISCOVERY EVER! I completely changed my life around and re-energized my body, mind and spirit. I feel happy, focused and super-charged!
I have completed the Basic, Advanced, Master Facilitation, Health and Wellbeing, and Divine Integration courses. I love helping others realize the power and ability within themselves to heal and expand their consciousness, using the Psych-K® process.
