My area of expertise is in helping people who wish to recover from childhood trauma due to family mental illness and alcoholism. This has been my life project and there is a way to heal these wounds. The messages that I received as a child were destructive, confusing & cruel and they affected all of my decision making.I tried countless ways to divest myself of these patterns. Thanks to PSYCH-K, I am free of these patterns and have a whole new perspective.
