Trish began coaching in 2019 and found that exposing limiting beliefs and providing tools didn't necessarily induce the desired transformation. In first reprograming her own limiting beliefs in her subconscious mind through PSYCH-K®, Trish felt she had not only transformed her own life, but she had found the ultimate process for partnering with others to support them in transforming their lives. Trish completed both online PSYCH-K® courses Levels 1 and 2, and she has supported numerous partners, in all stages of life, in reprogramming their subconscious minds with empowering beliefs moving forward.
