Biographical Information
Hello. I’m a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and a psychotherapist.
I have completed three PSYCH-K® training courses in London, including the Basic, Advanced and Master Facilitator PSYCH-K® workshops in-person.
My story
Back in 2016, whilst researching the topic of beliefs I came across the book “The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & Miracles” by Bruce Lipton PH.D. The book was intriguing, and I became fascinated by its content. Then in 2019 I saw the youtube video’s Bruce had made about changing the sub-conscious mind, and he mentioned PSYCH-K®. I didn’t really believe it at first, then again, I thought why would a establish person like Bruce mention a system that didn’t work. So, I decided to investigate and attended the basic workshop.
I was thrilled and taken aback by the remarkable changes that I achieved through PSYCH-K® balances within the first workshop. I kept using the balances and made fantastic changes within myself. I then wanted to know more, so I took both advance and master workshop. I am delighted to introduce PSYCH-K® to my clients. Thanks to PSYCH-K®, whenever I have a clients that says “I don’t think the process we are doing is working”, I reminded about secondary gain. Each time when we identify the secondary gain and address the issue, the first process works smoothly.
History
I am originally from England and moved to Norway in 2001/2002. My background is in IT and Management however I re-educated myself in the mental health field, taking various educations in, amongst others: Psychology, EMDR, EFT, NLP, TFT and more, at present I am studying Gestalt psychotherapy. I am intrigued by mental health and advances in this field. I am constantly looking for techniques to help my clients find inner peace and freedom, and ways to help them transform their lives. I believe that even helping one person has a ripple affect on the people in their lives and the planet. One of the tools I highly recommend is PSYCH-K®.
