Tessa is the co-founder and owner of The Soul Belief and a practicing Nurse working in community health for the past 12 years. Her professional nursing experience gained during this time, allows Tessa to have a deep knowledge and experience with mental health struggles specifically, as well as physical ailments. After suffering personal loss and trauma, it was through a podcast that mentioned PSYCH-K that Tessa’s life changed. Immediately drawn to PSYCH-K, Tessa attended her first Basic Workshop under Sandra Wallin. Since then she has gone on to complete the Advanced and Masters Facilitator Workshops. PSYCH-K has transformed Tessa’s personal and professional life. Her passion is helping her clients find their own power within themselves to change their limiting beliefs, stress and trauma. She firmly believe’s that everyone has the ability to overcome whatever may be holding them back from living their lives happily and fully using the PSYCH-K process. In addition to being a nurse and PSYCH-K Facilitator, Tessa is also a Reiki Master, mother and singer.
