Biographical Information
I am a mindfulness teacher, PSYCH-K® facilitator, and mindset empowerment coach, passionate about sparking transformation and positive change from the inside out.
I have completed the PSYCH-K® Basic, Advanced and Master Facilitator trainings and have been offering PSYCH-K® sessions both personally and professionally (in person and online worldwide) since 2017. I love to hold this safe, sacred and transformational space for my clients.
I help awakening souls, heart-driven creatives and conscious entrepreneurs reprogram their minds so that they’re aligned with the change they want to be, see and create in the world. We peel back the layers of fear, habit and conditioning, to rewire their brains and upgrade belief systems to create new ways of thinking, feeling, and being in the world.
