Biographical Information
I discovered PSYCH-K® after a difficult divorce. I tried many different therapies and approaches and I found PSYCH-K® very accessible and helpful. It was the tool that helped me to find my freedom and create a new life of choice. I feel compelled to share this with others and I love nothing better than helping people to create freedom for themselves.
I am also a trained Shamanic Healing Practitioner and I take a spiritual approach to life. Before, I was a mainly logical minded person working in policy and academia in health and social sciences. If this sounds a bit woo to you, I can relate. I now live from an embodied place of trying things and seeing what works for me and my recommendation would be the same if it seems interesting to you.
