Biographical Information
As a PSYCH-K® Facilitator I have been providing individualized support & sustainable change for my clients since 2010.
I am passionate about assisting people to quickly & effectively unlock their potential and create balance, removing sabotaging patterns holding them stuck.
I love working with children & teens, assisting them to find themselves, and function with peak performance on the sports field, in the classroom & socially.
I have great empathy through personal experience, for victims of abuse and am able to hold a loving space for clients while they take back thier personal power.
I'm located in Cape Town, South Africa & I meet with clients in person & over Skype /Zoom, locally or internationally. I have attended the Basic, Masters & Advanced Facilitator workshops & its my Passion to assist you in the way forward.
