Biographical Information
“Enough. I need this to change. Now.” Every time I’ve made a substantive life change, I’ve said some variation of these words to myself. PSYCH-K® finally enabled me to get unstuck and start living my goals with ease, confidence, and abundance. Changing my subconscious limiting beliefs changed my life, and now I want to help you realize your fullest potential.
If you are a self-starting individual who is feeling stuck, looking to take your life to the next level, are at a personal or professional crossroads, or ready to tackle that once-in-a-lifetime challenge, I would be honored to work with you.
During every session, I compassionately meet you where you are. I have worked with clients from an array of backgrounds from senior executives to chimney sweeps, teachers to retirees, caregivers to politicians. Before becoming to being a full-time PSYCH-K® Facilitator, I utilized my Master's Degree in Adult Education to train people in corporate and academic environments. I went on to own a successful strength training business for over a decade, working with clients on their physical and emotional health.
