Hello dear one,
I came to PSYCH-K® through Dr. Bruce Lipton. I was searching for the most effective and simple way to reprogram my subconscious mind. I remember I had asked the question: "what do I need next for my evolution?", shortly after, one morning, in that half-awake half-asleep state, I saw/heard the word "BRAIN". I was first perplexed until I intuitively understood that I needed to work on my subconscious mind. My research took me to Dr. Bruce Lipton who brought me to PSYCH-K®.
I am certified Life Coach, well versed practitioner of different modalities including some that help identify and transform the limiting beliefs, however, for me PSYCH-K® was a whole other level! In few minutes it completes the process that takes otherwise much longer with other methods.
PSYCH-K® has contributed to change my life on different levels, it is gentle, subtle and for me the shifts have been having a magical ripple effect on different areas of my life. It has helped become more confident in many aspects, transform stressful memories and situations into a state of peace, have a better connection with myself and others, navigate through life challenges with ease, create my best version as an ongoing process and so much more.
We carry so many limiting beliefs that are creating our life, we are not conscious of most of these beliefs that are not even ours, some are from our parents, ancestors, the society, culture, religions...as Carl Jung said "Until we make the unconscious conscious it will direct your life and you will call it fate." With PSYCH-K® we can transform the limiting beliefs that are creating a life that we do not desire into life-enhancing beliefs that will help create our desired reality.
