Hello. My name is Margaret. I started my inner journey at 19 years of age by practicing yoga and meditation. I have taught meditation and facilitated self-development workshops for many years. I have worked with young children which have given me great joy to observe their lightness of spirit and purity of hearts. I have studied and trained in many healing modalities such as Integrated Energy Therapy, The Emotion and Body Code, and inner Imagery Metaphors. I discovered PSYCH-K® in 2019. PSYCH-K® is a method that gives me the key to enable me to change limiting, disempowering subconscious beliefs into life-enhancing subconscious beliefs. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
