Biographical Information
I deeply enjoy working with individuals who are ready to transform the subconscious beliefs that shape their experiences, relationships, and sense of well-being. Through PSYCH-K®, I support people in shifting limiting beliefs that may contribute to stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns so they can experience greater peace and fulfillment in their lives.
A special focus of my work as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator is supporting pregnant women in releasing subconscious fears and beliefs around pregnancy and birth. My intention is to help women approach this profound life transition with greater trust, confidence, and inner calm. I also enjoy helping new and expecting parents shift subconscious beliefs about parenting so they can show up more consciously and intentionally in their family life.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy. Over the years, my passion for understanding the human mind and supporting personal transformation has only deepened, especially since discovering PSYCH-K®.
My journey with PSYCH-K® began after experiencing postpartum anxiety during a challenging time in my life. Through this work, I experienced a powerful shift that inspired me to pursue the training myself so I could share this process with others seeking meaningful change.
Today, I especially love supporting pregnant and postpartum women in transforming and releasing fears, past experiences, and limiting beliefs around birth and motherhood so they can move through these seasons with greater peace and confidence. I also work with individuals and couples who are ready to let go of subconscious patterns that may be affecting their relationships and quality of life.
