Hi there! I’m a Florida native with a passion for helping support people in unblocking their minds so they can live fully & freely. I’m a former marriage and family therapist who shifted into life coaching in 2016. I took my first PSYCH-K® workshop in 2019 and never looked back and it now is the primary focus of my coaching sessions.
