Biographical Information
My life path has been a winding one, filled with curiosity and exploration. I value learning and growth, so much so that I've been described as a “collector of experiences." Guided by my intuition, I have been led to the places and experiences that define who I am and who I am becoming.
PSYCH-K® has been one of the most valuable discoveries along my path in the healing arts, which began over 20 years ago with my work as an energy intuitive and massage therapist. During my years of hands-on practice, my connection with subtle energies made me a more effective bodyworker, allowing me to listen deeply to the needs of the whole person. This same connection enables me to fully hold sacred space for you as you embark on your personal transformational journey.
I value the sacred reciprocity inherent in PSYCH-K®. Each session is a partnership, and I am invested in helping you come into alignment with your highest potential.
I welcome clients from all walks of life, and I am committed to holding safe space for all identities, ethnicities, and orientations. I have a particular interest in working with makers and creatives, as I am an artist myself. I also love providing support for those struggling with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I delight in opportunities to assist others in breaking through creative blocks, feelings of unworthiness, scarcity mindset, and so much more.
