Biographical Information
I attended the PSYCH-K®️ Level 1 Online Workshop in July 2022 as part of my own healing journey. When I felt how the energy of PSYCH-K®️ shifted things within me, I moved to Level 2 so I could facilitate for you.
PSYCH-K®️ is a powerful stand alone approach, but we all bring ourselves to the table. My social work training aids in identifying the root of your blockage to create powerful goal statements. My work with the Angelic Realms taught me how to hold space for you.
As it goes, most who request my offerings seek to balance in themselves that which I am balancing in myself. The sessions I have facilitated relate to being SEEN...body image issues, vulnerability in relationships, sharing your creative expression...or just moving forward on your path.
Your actions & reactions are primarily controlled by subconscious beliefs you absorbed...well from being human. That internal battle between your conscious mind & subconscious beliefs can stop you in your tracks. PSYCH-K®️ is a profound process because balancing ONE goal statement can shift many core subconscious beliefs.
