Biographical Information
I am a PSYCH-K® facilitator and a life coach. I have completed the Basic, Advanced Integration, and Master Facilitation Workshops. I also have my Bachelor’s and Masters degrees in Psychology.
PSYCH-K® came to me at a time when I felt lost in my life and lost in who I was. It was this modality that helped me step back into my power, remind me who I was at my core, and embrace my true calling of helping people do the same.
Having experienced it myself, I love helping others go from a place of fear and doubt to a place of strong connection and trust within themselves. Whether you are struggling with parenthood, would like to improve your relationships, are tired of feeling like you are falling short, or have lost your sense of purpose in life, I love using PSYCH-K® to meet others where they are and helping them find a clear path on their healing journey.
