Biographical Information
I have worked in the field of education for 30 years and am now adding PSYCH-K® to the services I offer. I have benefitted personally from PSYCH-K® in many ways, ranging from dealing with the trauma associated with the death of my teenage daughter, to helping me prioritise what I want in life. What I want is to help empower others on their life journey.
My own journey has been very rich and varied, and very much still a work in progress. I love travelling and have been fortunate in having travelled to and lived in various locations around the world. Helping others is a big part of my life and I am fortunate in being able to spend time on charitable projects with an organisation in Nepal. I also enjoy meditation and breathwork.
