Biographical Information
PSYCH-K® has literally changed my life! I have transitioned from a hopeless, spiteful, and horrible communicator- to an empathetic, respectful, and encouraging woman that is no longer afraid to live the life I've dreamt of.
We all pick up baggage in this life. I know what it is like to experience deep grief, an inability to change toxic cycles alongside a lifeline to alcohol. But I know now that none of these challenges are permanent- if you are willing to take the steps to re-invent yourself, you can leave the things you want in the past and step into your bright new future.
I absolutely love to help and encourage others along their journey. I enjoy working with adults who are ready for their transformation, and kids who aren't yet defined by their negative cycles. I love asking good questions to understand what my client's struggles are, and helping them make shifts they sometimes aren't even aware they need.
