My work with PSYCH-K is the result of my own personal journey of awakening. After beginning in the field of psychology I realized quickly that talk therapy was ineffective for changing our beliefs and mindsets that were in the subconscious. So many of our beliefs are grounded in our religious beliefs and mindsets which impact our relationships, job performance, moods, self-esteem and even physical health. The success or failure of our interpersonal relationships set the tone for the whole of our lives.
After discovering the transformational power of PSYCH-K for myself and using it to transform my own beliefs and mindsets around relationships and responsibility that had manifested in anxiety and stress issues, I now have the honor of working with high achievers who want to transform their stress, limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks to achieve a life of wholeness, joy and an optimal state of being.
As a pioneer in mind/body healing, an Energy Psychology Practitioner and a Spiritual Consciousness Coach,. I specialize in serving adults and children suffering from trauma and stress related physical illnesses, anxiety and disease to reconnect with their core authentic selves that have been lost through abuse, misinformation and false beliefs.
