Biographical Information
What would you like to change in your life? For me, it was chronic illness, insomnia and fatigue. Even though I ate right, took vitamins and exercised regularly, I was still frequently ill and couldn't enjoy eating many foods. I had trouble sleeping and I felt like I was dragging my body everywhere. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired! Then I read Dr. Bruce Lipton’s book, The Biology of Belief. This book explained how our thoughts and emotions effect our biology and health. This book led me to discover Psych-K®... BEST DISCOVERY EVER! By using the Psych-K® process, I completely changed my life around and re-energized my body, mind and spirit. I now feel happy, focused and super-charged!
I completed the Basic, Advanced, Master Facilitation, Health and Wellbeing, and Divine Integration courses. Since 2020 I have enjoyed helping others realize the power and ability within themselves to heal and expand their consciousness, using the Psych-K® process.
