Biographical Information
I founded Heart & Mind Transformations, LLC after spending over 35 years in information technology. I have also served in a number of Christian ministries over the years and witnessed the transformative power of faith.
Although I have spent the decade or more trying to understand the mind/body connection, my journey into holistic wellness accelerated after the sudden loss of my mother to cancer in January 2024. I had know about PSYCH-K® for years, but now had a stronger desire to further explore PSYCH-K® and the impact our subconscious beliefs can have on us physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. I attended the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop and was able to quickly process the grief I was feeling and transform it into a deep love and appreciation for the time I had with my mom. The workshop also helped me overcome my fear of heights and other issues that had plagued me for years.
I was convinced I wanted to learn more and took the PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation workshop. This is where I knew I wanted to start this new chapter in my life helping others change sabotaging beliefs and live the life they were meant to live!
