Biographical Information
I received my Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. A leading thread throughout my life, my search for the true meaning of health has remained constant and passionate. I studied different nutritional models, and countless healing protocols. A longtime practitioner of yoga, I completed several teacher trainings with Shiva Rea and taught for five years in Paris, France.
My continued exploration of the interconnectedness of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of Self led me to Doctor Bruce Lipton’s groundbreaking work in epigenetics and quantum physics. In his work was the scientific proof that the invisible forces constituted by our thoughts, emotions and beliefs are the primary forces that control our bodies’ biology and physiology. I found the consequence of this paradigm most empowering for us human beings: by processing our emotions and clearing them, by shifting our thoughts and establishing new neuronal patterns in the brain, we have the ability to control our genetic expression. We are no longer victims of our heredity but masters of our genetic activity.
Dr Bruce Lipton’s books led me to PSYCH-K®. I knew I needed to experience it.
At that time, a particular video was circulating online, that of a young child rescued out of rubbles after a bombing in Syria. That innocent child was in the same state of shock I was in decades ago during another war. Silent, without tears, without cries- in utter shock. My tears kept flowing uncontrollably whenever I saw that video. After clearing my own trauma with Carrie, my cherished PSYCH-K facilitator, I was able to look at that little child without my own wound reopening. My fading scar was there, but the pain was gone. That trauma was cleared from my subconscious mind. Of all the benefits I have experienced from PSYCH-K, this was the most striking one.
