In healing the wounds we have suffered, we unveil the Light of our true and authentic self. Here is a simple truth - we are our own healer. Sometimes, however, we can use a little help.
That is a lesson I learned after many years of trying to do it on my own. Like many, I had a hard time asking for help. When I finally opened myself to Source and asked for help, the message was clear. It led me to Reiki. I became a Reiki Teacher and Practitioner in 2018. Eventually, Reiki and my healing journey led me to PSYCH-K®.
After exploring PSYCH-K® for my own use, I began facilitating sessions with a few dear friends. They began referring their friends to me even though it wasn’t part of my Reiki practice. Witnessing the life changing results each and every one of these friends and friends of friends experienced encouraged me to become a PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitator.
I find PSYCH-K® and Reiki to be complimentary with each other as well as all other healing modalities. PSYCH-K® works on the subconscious, allowing us to shed debilitating beliefs we may not even realize we have. It’s a modality where the Facilitator and Partner work together to reprogram these self-limiting beliefs.
The Partner can then take action to actualize the life they truly desire. In both my PSYCH-K® and Reiki sessions, I serve as a facilitator and a witness, holding sacred space for the highest and greatest good of the one with whom I am working.
Many of the people I work with are seeking relief from distress of a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual nature. They also have the courage to show up, ask for help and empower their inner healer. I am honored whenever someone chooses to work with me on their healing journey.
