Terminal 2 underground station to the Coach and Bus station and the bus from the coach station to the hotel: From the underground, it takes approx 4 mins to get to T2 via the travelator. Once you are in T2, there will be signs to the Central Coach station and it takes another few minutes via lift and the escalator to reach the bus station. If you can manage the escalators they are much quicker than waiting for the lifts. When you arrive at the coach station, go to exit C and you can catch the 111 bus to the hotel, which is only two stops away. The U3 also goes directly from the coach station to the hotel. The bus stop for both buses is Sipson Way/Blunts Avenue. It only takes a few minutes, so keep an eye out for the bus stop.

What is covered at the PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation workshop In-Person
Important notice
A Workshop Facilitator Manual is sent to participants two weeks prior to the workshop, upon receipt of payment. It’s important that the manual is read before the start of the workshop.
It is recommended that bookings are made and paid for at least two weeks before the workshop. This allows enough time to read the manual at least twice before the pre workshop Zoom call, which is the Monday evening of the week of the workshop.
❅ Once the manual is emailed to you, the workshop has begun and payment for the workshop becomes non-refundable. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend the workshop once the manual has been sent, you will be able to book on to another Master Facilitation Workshop with me, but not receive a refund ❅.
Some of what you will learn at the MFW is outlined here:-
Discuss & Balance with Mutual Language: ‘We’ vs. ‘I’
Using mutual language is one expression of doing ‘with’ versus ‘on’ or ‘to’. We will look ion detail at the importance of language when facilitating with others and the impact it can have.
Transforming the Perception Stress into a State of Peace
We will look at different and new ways to use the TPS protocol that is taught at the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop In-Person.
Secondary Gain
We will look further at secondary gain and build on what is taught at the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop In-Person.
Messages Protocol – Discuss, Demonstrate, Facilitate
Sometimes, situations and conditions may be transformed simply by identifying and Balancing meaningful goals. However, they commonly represent a superconscious attempt to bring something important to the Partner’s attention in the form of a ‘message’ (e.g. an insight, a change in perspective, a life style change, etc.). This process will be provided at the workshop.
Surrogation – Discuss, Demonstrate, Facilitate
Surrogation allows facilitation with someone who cannot participate directly, e.g. someone physically incapacitated, not physically present, or too young. The process is based on creating a ‘link up’ between the superconscious minds of the individual or group who will experience the change (the “Partner”), and that of a willing Surrogate. Surrogation will be specifically used in this workshop for facilitating internet video and phone sessions. Details and procedure will be provided at the workshop.
Facilitate in Triads with Debrief Discussions
In groups of three and in a total of three sessions for each format, each participant will be a Facilitator, a Partner, and an Observer. Sessions will include the following three formats:
In-Person, Face-to-Face Sessions – You will have the opportunity to watch a demo session being facilitated and then you will have the opportunity to practice in groups of three.
Internet Video Sessions – could be Skype, Zoom, FaceTime etc. You will have the opportunity to watch a demo session being facilitated and then you will have the opportunity to practice in groups of three.
Telephone Sessions – You will have the opportunity to watch a demo session being facilitated and then you will have the opportunity to practice in groups of three.
After each session has been completed, Facilitators will have the opportunity to Balance around the feedback they received. The evidence of the Balancing can be seen in each subsequent session, which can greatly help with confidence in facilitating with others.
PSYCH-K®️ sessions are more and more commonly being offered by Facilitators over the telephone and online. This can really open up the possibilities for offering 1-1 sessions and the intention of these practice sessions is that you will gain the confidence to begin to offer sessions in this way.
Blocks, Bumps and Barriers
Here. we delve into the secondary gains that might potentially stop you from stepping into the space of being a successful, confident PSYCH-K® Facilitator, whether the goal is to work professionally or with friends and family. Facilitators will be taken through an exercise that helps identify secondary gains, known or unknown, so that they can be transformed,
Ideal Partner Avatar
Who can benefit from your gifts and skills and who is your ideal Partner to work with? Here, we look at the characterises of your ideal Partner and if you have a niche, what is it and who do you want to work with.
Core Connection
Each participant will have an opportunity to introduce themselves using a Core Connection statement. The Core Connection is the statement you will share with someone when then they ask you what you do. It is a simple and highly effective way to engage people without having to mention the name PSYCH-K®️ at the outset. Time is then given to Muscle Test the Core Connection statement and Balance if necessary.
After the Workshop
The post workshop Zoom call will happen around 2-3 weeks after the workshop. This call is still part of the workshop and supplementary materials will be emailed to participants beforehand, which we will go over during the call. The material covers more of the marketing side of PSYCH-K®.
Swap sessions, which are arranged during the workshop, will begin and these sessions really build confidence in facilitation skills. Once ready, and if you choose to, you will able to become a PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitator and be listed on the PSYCH-K® website. The cost to do this $185USD annually. We’ll discuss the swap sessions on the post workshop call too.
