This Basic Workshop is one of only two dates scheduled for 2025 in which Sandra will be offering PSYCH-K® and Horses. It is comprised of the Basic Workshop, and everyone is welcome for this, PLUS for those who are interested in learning how to partner with their subconscious minds in the company of HORSES, an Additional Integration Day + a Series of Online Focus Sessions will follow.
NOTE: This workshop is open to everyone just like any Basic Workshop. Therefore, you may choose to only attend the September 18-20 dates = the Basic Workshop. Just know that some members of this group will be staying on for the additional content, applications and practice time with the horses.

The Basic – Foundations
We begin with the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop, encompassing three days of learning in the field of belief change psychology. These three days take place in a classroom-like setting where you’ll learn how to harness the power of the subconscious mind to create real and lasting change while getting comfortable facilitating these transformational processes with yourself and one another.
On the fourth day, you’ll begin to apply this learning to your lives and goals with horses – as guided by … the horses. This is when we learn that what goes on for and within us, can directly impact the wellbeing of the herd and in fact, everyone around us. This is where it becomes clear it is not about the horse – and we embrace the beautiful invitation to be the change that we seek in the world.
You will continue learning how to integrate PSYCH-K® into your lives and work with horses during a series of post-workshop mentorship calls with Sandra.

Total investment for the 3 day PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop PLUS an additional day of training which will include hands on practice and mentoring with Sandra and the horses, plus additional online focus sessions is:

PSYCH-K® and Horses includes the Basic Workshop in all its glory PLUS a hands on integration day with Sandra and the horses so you can leave the workshop knowing how to facilitate powerful and transformational EGBC Sessions (Equine Guided Belief Change) for yourself, with your clients – and ultimately for the horses as well! This profoundly powerful yet practical 4 day journey will be followed by a series of online focus calls.
- Facilitate change for yourself and others, quickly and easily with PSYCH-K’s effective step-by-step processes
- Use muscle testing efficiently and confidently to get clear reliable results – for novices and seasoned pros
- Benefit from the differing skillsets of the conscious and subconscious minds
- Speak the language of the subconscious mind, which differs from how we usually speak
- Identify then transform limiting beliefs into beliefs that empower and support you
- Leverage the power of the whole brain state
- Move past destructive habits and behaviours (e.g. smoking, overeating, etc.)
- Transform perceived stress and trauma (past, present, future)
- Clarify goals so your subconscious can understand and support you
- Work WITH the subconscious to discover what is blocking or keeping you stuck
After attending this experiential, 3-day workshop, you’ll be qualified as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator! As such, you’ll be part of a wonderful worldwide community, able to facilitate the PSYCH-K® Balance processes with yourself as well as with family, friends, colleagues and clients in 1-1 sessions. PSYCH-K® easily becomes a cherished companion, at home, work and play. Just imagine all you’ll create!
Although the title say Basic, these three experiential days are full and powerful. This is the foundation of PSYCH-K®.
If possible, it is highly beneficial, though not required, to attend with a like-minded friend, colleague or family member. Having someone to practice with after the workshop has shown to support the integration of the processes and help each person achieve greater levels of confidence, success and results.

about her journey with PSYCH-K®
Sandra is from Vancouver, Canada. She was a school teacher and counsellor for 22 years and has been a psychotherapist for almost as long. In 2008, after a horseback riding accident left her unconscious and broken, she began to use the PSYCH-K® processes she’d been sharing with others, with herself. Her healing progressed exponentially! She knew then she had to learn as much as she could about PSYCH-K®.
Soon after, Sandra became a Certified PSYCH-K® Instructor and has since had the pleasure of sharing these life changing processes with people the world over; in open workshop settings, within schools, organizations and communities, and at the request of Dr. Bruce Lipton, at a maximum security prison where she’s been helping men serving life sentences, break free from the prison of their limiting beliefs.
