Congratulations on the desire to continue your PSYCH-K® journey.

This course is designed to help you learn and develop high-level facilitation skills when working with yourself and others. It is for professional and non-professional PSYCH-K® Facilitators who wish to fine tune their skills beyond what is possible during the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop or within any other PSYCH-K® Workshop. This workshop allows for an  increased effectiveness, ease, and confidence as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator. The In Person Basic workshop is the only pre-requisite and therefore the only Balances that will be used during this workshop. You will learn how to:
  • Develop a personal “core-connection” statement about PSYCH-K®
  • Surrogation for long distance sessions
  • Discover spiritual messages in challenging situations or conditions
  • Conduct effective and dynamic private in-person sessions
  • Conduct effective and dynamic internet sessions (Skype, Zoom etc.)
  • Conduct effective and dynamic telephone sessions
  • Personally, benefit from Balances you facilitate with others
  • Manage session exceptions
  • Step confidently onto the road of mastering the art of facilitating!
  • Learn and evolve expansively!
In addition to these skills, you will receive a 38 page Facilitator’s Manual prior to attending the workshop for ample time to review. It is required to arrive on day 1 with having thoroughly read the manual and come prepared to launch! Being confident in self testing is also a must. I am bursting at the seams to share this Workshop with you!

If you have attended the Advanced Integration Workshop or plan to, you will still receive significant benefits from what we will share in this Workshop regarding the art of Facilitation. The focus for this interactive workshop is mainly ‘on-the-job training’ while being observed and receiving feedback to help you grow. During this 3-day intensive workshop, you will experience lots of personal growth as you work the processes!
THE CONTENT AND THE STRUCTURE OF THE MASTER FACILITATION WORKSHOP
You will learn how to:
  • Develop a personal ‘core-connection’ statement about PSYCH-K®
  • Surrogate your Partner for long-distance sessions
  • Discover spiritual messages that may be present in challenging situations
  • Conduct effective and dynamic private in-person sessions from start to finish
  • Conduct effective and dynamic telephone sessions from start to finish
  • Conduct effective and dynamic online video (Skype, Zoom, etc) sessions from start to finish
  • Personally, benefit from the Balances you facilitate with others
  • Deal with occasional exceptions to the Balance processes, and handle muscle testing challenges
  • Create your ideal partner Avatar (IPA)
  • Step confidently onto the road of mastering the art of facilitating PSYCH-K®!
In addition to these skills, you will receive a Facilitator’s Manual that will give you a source for additional information on subjects such as marketing, how to conduct an effective presentation of PSYCH-K® to groups and organizations, the do’s, and don’ts of conducting private sessions, and much more. The Master Facilitation Workshop has quite a different structure than the other PSYCH-K® Workshops you attended:
  1. Within 2 weeks before the Workshop: There is a ‘Master Facilitation Manual’ which will be sent to you by mail to read before you come.
  2. Within the last week before the Workshop: There will be a Zoom meeting (video conference) to answer your questions about the manual.
  3. The Workshop (4 days): you will receive your Master Facilitation Workshop packet. And you will be Facilitating, Partnering, and Observing many sessions along the way.
  4. End of the Workshop: You will be sent a post-workshop document about Business Elements (marketing, presentations, website, package sales, etc.) to learn a la PSYCH-K® way of being visible 🙂
  5. Within 2-3 weeks after the workshop: There will be a post-workshop Zoom meeting (video conference) where you will have the chance to ask your remaining questions.

De PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop (MFW) is ontworpen om jouw vaardigheden als PSYCH-K® Facilitator te vergroten. De focus ligt op hoe jij als Facilitator een succesvolle PSYCH-K® sessie begeleidt. De toelatingsvoorwaarde voor deze workshop is de PSYCH-K® Basis Workshop.

Tijdens de MFW zal je verschillende sessies begeleiden, begeleid worden en ook observator zijn van andere Facilitatoren. We gaan aan de slag met in-persoon sessies, sessie via videobellen (Zoom, Teams, Skype, etc.) en sessies via de telefoon waarbij je dus alleen geluid hebt en jouw Partner en jij elkaar niet kunnen zien. Daarnaast leer je het PSYCH-K® boodschappenprotocol en je leert de techniek van Plaatsvervanging die je nodig hebt tijdens de video en telefoon sessies.
