Pre-requisites:
- Completion of the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop at least one month prior.
- Use the PSYCH-K® processes in your daily life to elevate your confidence and competence prior to attending the PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation Workshop.
This four-day workshop is designed to help you develop high-level facilitation skills in working with yourself and with others at a distance. It is for professional and non-professional PSYCH-K® Facilitators who wish to fine tune”their facilitation skills beyond what was possible to teach or learn in the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop, or other PSYCH-K® Workshops. The net effect is to help you increase your current level of effectiveness, elegance, ease, and confidence with the PSYCH-K® processes, the ability to facilitate meaningful and transformational sessions with others, and the ability to support the evolution of consciousness as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator if you so choose.
The workshop includes a highly interactive environment with how to do successful PSYCH-K® private sessions in-person or long distance, via phone, or on Internet services such as Skype, Zoom, etc.
At the PSYCH-K® Centre International, we believe private sessions as create a sacred and safe space for facilitating change. Keeping this goal in mind as you facilitate PSYCH-K® will be as important as anything we can teach you in the quest for mastering the facilitation process. The Inuit People of the Canadian Arctic have word that embraces this idea: Isumataq. One translation is, “The keeper of the sacred space in which wisdom is revealed.” That sums up the ideal mindset of the Facilitator when you are doing Balances with clients, or friends and family as well with themselves. Creating an environment where the wisdom of your Partner can be revealed is at the heart of all PSYCH-K® processes.
You do not have to attend the Advanced Integration Workshop to participate in Master Facilitation Workshop, although if you have attended the Advanced, Integration Workshop or plan to, what we share in the Master Facilitation Workshop, regarding the art of facilitation, is essential for facilitating excellent private sessions.
Note: The Master Facilitation Workshop is NOT a business development workshop. If that is your interest, it will be imperative that you study and learn more about owning, starting and running a personal service-based business. Of course, you can use the PSYCH-K® Balance processes to support the development and success of such a business.
You will learn how to:
- Adapt what you learned during the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop, extending your scope of practice when working with yourself, with others in-person and now, with others at a distance
- Learn Surrogate so you can offer long distance sessions, via internet video or phone
- Discover spiritual messages that may be present in situations and challenges
- Understand how to work with secondary gains at a deeper level
- Conduct effective and dynamic in-person sessions from start to finish
- Conduct effective and dynamic online video sessions from start to finish
- Conduct effective and dynamic phone sessions from start to finish
- Personally, benefit from Balances you facilitate with others and they facilitate with you
- Resolve occasional exceptions to the Balance processes, and handle Muscle Testing glitches
- Expand your facilitation skills based on helpful feedback after each session
- Develop a personalized core-connection statement describing your role as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator
- Use the designation of PSYCH-K® Facilitator and be listed on the international PSYCH-K® website, if you so choose
- Step confidently onto the road of mastering the art of facilitating PSYCH-K®!
In preparation for the workshop, you will receive the PSYCH-K® Facilitator’s Manual which is a valuable resource for understanding and facilitating successful private sessions.
After the workshop, you will be invited to attend a post-workshop call and receive a document with additional information on subjects such as marketing, how to conduct an effective presentation of PSYCH-K® to groups and organizations, the dos and don’ts of conducting private sessions, and much more.
