Valentina Velez

Biographical Information

Born in Colombia and raised in Florida from the age of four, Valentina Velez’s journey has been shaped by resilience, curiosity, and a passion for understanding the human experience. With degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Neuropsychology, she brings a profound scientific understanding of the human psyche, making her a skilled reader of psychological patterns and subconscious programs.

Originally aspiring to become a doctor, Valentina’s path shifted when she discovered the transformative power of PSYCH-K®. Today, she blends cutting-edge neuroscience with her deep spiritual foundation as a devout Catholic, exploring the rich interplay between psychology, spirituality, and the human experience. She is passionate about guiding others to heal from past trauma, reprogram self-sabotaging
patterns, and create lasting, soul-aligned change.

Valentina hosts the “Theology of the Body” lecture series in Orlando, exploring the mind-body-spirit connection through both scientific insight and Christian wisdom. She specializes in working with clients who share a passion for spirituality and psychology, offering not just tools for change, but a deeper “inner-standing” of what it means to be human. Her work empowers individuals to align mind, body, and
spirit—opening the door to profound personal freedom and lasting transformation.

Valentina offers both in-person and online sessions. She offers a free consultation for new clients to discuss session options or help determine the best solution for your desired outcomes.
