Becoming a PSYCH-K® Facilitator felt like a natural progression. Over time, I explored a range of approaches both for my own development and in working with others. The path wasn’t direct, but when I came across PSYCH-K®, it stood out immediately as something that worked in a clear and practical way.
I continued to train and deepen my understanding of the process because it consistently produced meaningful shifts both for myself and for those I work with.
My approach remains simple: use what’s available, work directly with what’s present, and support movement without forcing it. It’s a steady, focused process and one I’ve found to be both effective and reliable over time.
