Biographical Information
I’m a PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitator, a certified Emotion Code® practitioner, and a coach. It’s my joy to support people in releasing what weighs them down so they can spend less time struggling or reaching for temporary fixes and more time actively creating and enjoying their lives.
I’m both an intuitive empath and a strategic thinker. This was a tough combination to integrate, especially in my younger years, but eventually revealed itself to be a gift. I have more than two decades of experience working with the Enneagram and other archetypal tools for personal and spiritual development, along with extensive experience facilitating energy and belief work.
I believe there are four essential keys to facilitating transformational work: personal integrity, embodied presence, conscious intention, and divine connection. For me, these aren’t just professional standards; they are the foundations of my life.
I work with people who are ready for change, using the most efficient and graceful tools that I’ve found. They happen to be the same tools that changed everything for me, and it’s an honor to share them with others.
