Biographical Information
Stacey Caster is an award-winning Executive Coach and PSYCH-K® Facilitator who helps people move beyond stagnation and reconnect with their natural clarity, confidence, and peace. Drawing on over two decades of experience as a senior technology executive and leadership advisor, Stacey understands the tension between outward success and an inner sense of being “stuck.”
Her journey led her to PSYCH-K® to help her align her subconscious beliefs with her conscious goals. She now helps others create shifts that feel both gentle and profound. Stacey’s clients describe her as intuitive, calm, and deeply present, someone who helps them access their own inner wisdom to create lasting change.
While Stacey founded and leads North Executive Advisors and serves as an executive coach, her PSYCH-K® sessions are offered separately from coaching and leadership programs to honor the integrity of each process. Each facilitation is focused solely on the individual’s personal alignment and well-being.
Based in Michigan, Stacey is a lifelong learner, mother of four young adults, and advocate for helping others rediscover their True North.
