Biographical Information
I meet you where you're at - whether that's confronting your fears, being fed up with stress or coming to terms with a trauma. That's because I came to PSYCH-K® at a time of crisis in my life, based on the subconscious beliefs that made me experience life as a struggle and a victim.
I see PSYCH-K® as a stepping stone to a broader perspective, including a spiritual awakening. I want my children to learn from their parent’s example - by pursuing a spiritual life and fulfilling our dreams.
I have worked in the not-for-profit sector, have had a signficant time working in Government and studied philosophy, sociology and economics at university. I also run a small organic farm with my partner and young children.
