Hi! My name is Sonja. I am from sunny South Africa.
I am a qualified Image Consultant and a Psych K facilitator. For many years I struggled with Depression, Anxiety and stress, and I could not find a way to get it under control. I tried Psychology, medication and coaching, but could not find a methodology that worked for me. Then I found Psych K. With Psych K I can easily change my limiting beliefs regarding the struggles I have in life, and sustain them.
With Psych K I assist people who feel stuck with situations in their lives with a quick and sustainable way to change. I also enjoy helping people with trauma in their lives.
