Biographical Information
My name is Sheila Doerfler founder of Luminescent Being. Having lived in many different cities and countries over the years I currently call Geelong, Victoria home. I am grateful to work with clients from 14 different countries from around the world.
Several years ago, PSYCH-K® came into my life. Not only did I get profound results in my own life, but I witnessed my son heal numerous life-long food intolerances after just one PSYCH-K® session! I am thrilled to be able to share PSYCH-K® with you.
I have completed PSYCH-K® Basic, Master Facilitator, Advanced Integration and Divine Integration Workshops.
I have been on a healing journey since the age of 18. Even after many years of talk therapy and hundreds of other modalities, I noticed the same patterns kept repeating in my life. I would have moments of absolute bliss during a yoga class or being in nature. But then in an instant I would come crashing down at the slightest trigger. I didn’t understand why the good feelings didn’t last or the mystical moments didn’t cure my problems.
Unbeknownst to me, my limiting beliefs and subconscious programs were running my life and sabotaging my dreams and goals. I hadn’t figured out yet the meaning of “happiness is an inside job.”
I use PSYCH-K®, meditation, yoga and breathwork every day for my continued growth, healing and evolution. These daily practices helped heal my life-long PTSD and numerous health issues in a matter of months. I finally found the key: by changing my thoughts, subconscious programs and nervous system, I could change my life. This realization and my daily practices bring me deeper levels of heart and brain coherence, self-love, compassion and joy, allowing me to become the best version of myself.
