Biographical Information

I trained as a McTimoney Chiropractor and graduated in 2001 at the age of 25. When I started training I had come from a very ‘medical model’ background. Doctor knows best and your health is in their hands. You go to them for an appointment, walk away with a prescription, take what you are told and you get better…..Whilst I was training the mind-body connection came up a lot. As the second youngest in my year group I was amongst a number of mature students who I learned a lot from. It appeared that everyone but me had read ‘Molecules of Emotion’ by Candace Pert. Being someone that needs to know, I read it and was blown away by the content, and so the journey began…

Over the years I have read countless books in the mind-body-health field. The authors that stand out to me are people like Dr. Bruce Lipton, Wayne Dyer, Dr Deepak Chopra, Dr Joe Dispenza, Rob Williams and so many more.

Whilst reading ‘The Biology of Belief’ by Dr. Bruce Lipton (an excellent read if you haven’t already) he spoke of PSYCH-K®. As a result of this book I trained as a PSYCH-K facilitator and haven’t looked back since. PSYCH-K® has not only changed my life for the better but has also helped clients that I have worked with too.

I have trained in other fields including Systematic Kinesiology and Visceral Manipulation with an active interest in diet and nutrition (particularly as a result of my previous history of IBS that had been present as far back as I can remember)

The one thing that overrides everything, is how powerful the mind-body link is. Countless times I have witnessed how interrelated the mind and body are. I love PSYCH-K®. I love the fact that the whole process is guided by you and your inner wisdom. We can work together in a safe space and discover the root cause of the obstacles that may currently be holding you back right now, release them and create your new potential.
