Biographical Information
I work with people who are dealing with the stresses, anxiety, guilt and trauma of daily life. Using simple and effective techniques I facilitate with the client so they can transform stress and limiting beliefs. In order that they may achieve a life of optimal vitality, health and wellness for themselves and their families.
Distance is not an issue, I work with people around the world via video and/or telephone sessions.
