Biographical Information
I have spent many years learning about the human body and mind. What I have found most intriguing is the interrelationship of the two. I learned the mechanics in naturopathic medical school and appreciated the psychological in Chinese medicine school. Through this lens I have been navigating through my own gifts, challenges, and opportunities. I utilize this knowledge and understanding in my daily interaction with others.
I have dedicated my life to being of service. I have found the most rewarding aspects to my existence is that personal connection. I want to understand what is at the root of someones discomfort and help them move through it. I believe moving through discomfort we can become wiser and stronger. What excites me about the PSYCH-K® process, is that, it is a relatively simple process that changes underlying self-limiting beliefs. Using PSYCH-K® we change those beliefs into self-promoting, life-enhancing beliefs. With a balanced brain geared toward positive beliefs, positive change and actions are in the driver’s seat.
