Biographical Information
Kathy was previously a Registered General Nurse for many years working in Northern Ireland and London. where she specialised in Practice Nursing, Asthma Care and Health Promotion before a career break to bring up her five children.
Through many difficult life experiences and challenges she began educating herself in holistic therapies and this began her journey in the holistic world. Now as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Havening Practitioner and PSYCH-K Facilitator,
Kathy is passionate about the mindbody connection and helping others to heal using these powerful modalities empowering their own innate healing abilities
