Hi,
Thanks for visiting my profile page.
I discovered PSYCH-K ® over 10 years ago on a personal level, following a recommendation by a concerned friend. Managing the stresses of a child with a severe learning disability, a divorce and the significant demands of a pressured career were really taking their toll.
PSYCH-K ® transformed my world in so many profound ways, so much so, that the year after I felt the subtle yet obvious call to become a PSYCH-K ® Facilitator and I have never looked back.
In 2013 I completed my PSYCH-K ® Basic Workshop and started working with my own teams in a corporate organisation. Following that I completed the Advanced Workshop and Master Facilitator course elevating my skills and expertise in a process I am so passionate about.
I now have my own company, so that I can impact more people, just like you, who want to change their lives, for the better.
I also trained as a personal development coach and today, I combine my coaching skills with the brilliance of the PSYCH-K ® process to offer all of my clients the ease and simplicity of managing change, reducing stress or moving through any areas of life you feel stuck.
Coaching can work really well on it's own, but for me, nothing transforms my thinking and elevates my life more than PSYCH-K ®
