Biographical Information
I am an evolutionary speaker, consultant and coach. PSYCH-K® has had a significant impact on my life. I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations in making quantum leaps by incorporating heart-mind harmony into their daily lives to develop creative solutions to challenges, increase cooperation and live a peaceful and prosperous life. I am on my own journey to raise my consciousness and am committed to transforming individual and organizational consciousness one 'balance' at a time.
I partner with leaders and their teams to consciously connect mental, emotional, physical and spiritual to align with the values, beliefs and behaviors of their organization; and create an inclusive culture that celebrates the uniqueness of all stakeholders.
I am a PER-K® Results Catalyst and PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitator with the PSYCH-K® Centre International. A certified HeartMath Building Personal Resilience™ Mentor/Coach and a Barrett Values Centre Leadership Consultant.
Additionally, I have over two decades of experience in various roles in K0-12 and higher education. I have served as a university professor, school leader, director, behavior analyst and consultant in public and private settings. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Education; a dual Masters Degree in General and Special Education; K-12 Special Education Teacher license; Principal/Assistant Principal K0-12 licenses and an Administrator Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) endorsement.
