Biographical Information

On my healing journey, I discovered that I had to rely on my intuition and core beliefs to support my goal of a joyful, healthy, and purposefully driven life. Along the way, I’ve met many that are seeking healing for the physical, psychic, and emotional pain that feel stuck and confused. The solution is reaching into your core self to find what rings true to you. You are the only advocate to bring out your best self and to live the life that is authentically you. I created Inmost Wisdom to bring my clients the modalities that will guide them to find their healing. I also share practitioners that I love and have influenced my healing journey.

There is so much noise in the world telling you that you need to be fixed. You are not broken. Your spirit is born whole and with what you need to fulfill your purpose. Life — family, school, society, religion, etc. — can add pressure to create a version of yourself that is incongruent. This habit makes life feel fragmented and leads to feelings of brokenness.

These habitual beliefs, along with past experiences, are stored in your subconscious mind, and it filters how we respond to life’s challenges. (At least 95% of our brains’ reactions are unconscious!) They become an inner chorus that runs our lives in the shadows and tells our stories.

I am grounded in the belief that everyone already has the wisdom in themselves for their lives. I am here to facilitate an avenue to connect to your subconscious, shadow, and higher self for guidance and then integrating the mind, body, and spirit to wholeness.
