Biographical Information
I’ve been on a healing journey since 2011 when I was diagnosed with a laundry list of health issues at the ripe age of 21. I have overcome autoimmunity in my body, years of hormonal imbalance, mold toxicity, heavy metal poisoning, adrenal fatigue, weight gain, adult acne, burnout and emotional dysregulation because of a team of incredible teachers and healers who have taught me invaluable information to heal my body and mind. I was introduced to PSYCH-K in 2020 and was instantly inspired to facilitate and understand this incredible process. I feel excited to support people on their transformation journey and path to self realization.
