Biographical Information
I have completed my Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP) with ACEP International (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology). I am an Advanced PSYCH-K® Facilitator and utilize meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and other therapy modalities to increase my client's sense of health and well-being.
I am a registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario, which many benefit plans now recognize.
