Biographical Information
I am a certified Ontological Coach, a Transformational Trainer, and a Motivational Speaker.
Psych-K® found me in 2019 as I was struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, dysfunctional relationships, and my confidence and self-esteem were buried underground. I was passing time and living life without intention.
My first session of Psych-K® took away my panic attacks, lowered my anxiety and depression, boosted my confidence, increased my ability to focus, memorize and I started speaking and living boldly. I decided to attend all workshops and I quit my job. Ever since then, my life gave a 180 turn, my relationships are blooming and I feel better than I ever have. I am happy and living a purposeful a passionate life.
Today, I work with those who are ready to take responsibility for their life, design it, live it and enjoy it.
We only have one life to live and it's up to us to make the best out of it.
